Our commitment

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. Accessibility is treated as part of building the site, not a cleanup task afterwards.

What we've built in

Specific measures currently in place across the site:

  • Keyboard navigation throughout, including the booking flow, with visible focus indicators.
  • Descriptive alternative text on meaningful images.
  • Colour combinations chosen to meet AA contrast ratios for body and interface text.
  • Form fields with associated labels and errors announced in text, not colour alone.
  • Respect for the operating system's reduced-motion setting.
  • Layouts that reflow to 320px width and support browser zoom without loss of content.
