Your price is based on how much space your items take up in our truck — nothing more. When we arrive, we look at your pile and give you an all-inclusive price up front, covering labor, loading, disposal, and cleanup. There's no obligation, so you can always say no.
Never. Leave items exactly where they are — attic, basement, backyard, or the top of a walk-up. Our two-person crew handles the carrying and loading.
Often, yes. If you book before noon, there's a strong chance we can be there the same afternoon. We work seven days a week, including most holidays — that's the "year round" part.
As much as possible is kept out of the landfill. We sort each load and route usable items to local charities and recyclables to certified facilities. On average we divert more than 60% of every load.
