Booking online reserves an arrival window; it is not a confirmed price. All pricing is confirmed in person, on site, before any work begins.
On-site estimates are free and carry no obligation. If you decline the price, we leave and you owe nothing.
Pricing is based on the volume your items occupy in our truck, and includes labor, loading, transportation, disposal fees, and clean-up unless stated otherwise at the time of the estimate.
Certain materials carry additional facility fees, which will be disclosed as part of your on-site price.
For crew safety and regulatory compliance we cannot accept hazardous materials, including chemicals, solvents, oils, asbestos, wet paint, fuel, and pressurised or sealed containers of unknown contents.
We reserve the right to decline any item our crew judges unsafe to handle.
You confirm that you own the items being removed, or that you are authorised to have them removed, and that removal does not breach any lease, court order, or other obligation.
Please check items before we load them. Once an item is loaded and removed, it cannot be recovered.
You can cancel or reschedule at any time before the crew arrives, at no cost. We ask for as much notice as you can give so the slot can go to someone else.
We are licensed and insured, and we take care in your property. If we damage something, tell us promptly and we will make it right through our insurer.
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the cost of the service performed, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
